Together with you and your experts we plan and organise a one-week long design sprint, in order to innovate and validate service or product ideas for further concepting:

A service concept describes the vision, goals, target users, opportunities and user scenarios of the service. A concept is needed for every new service and is useful in supporting sales and investment decisions.
Together we clarify your vision and business goals for the service. We identify the users who will be most impacted by the service. Then we gather understanding about the users’ needs, challenges and behaviour by discussing with your experts and by researching the users. Together we use the insights to ideate solutions, that I will turn into an interactive prototype. Finally, I test the prototype with users and refine it based on the feedback.

Development-ready designs detail all the features and interactions of an entire service or product, including visual specifications and assets, so that they can be handed over to developers. The handover can be made in parts, which suits for agile projects, or in full.
After drafting the service concept, we define all the details and the visual style of the service together with you and your experts. I then turn the concept and the definitions into an interactive prototype and validate it with end-users. Through continuous collaboration with developers I will ensure the technical feasibility of the designs and visual quality of the implementation.
Duration: (depends on the scope)
Together with you and your customers, we map the steps of the entire customer journey through all the relevant services and touch points, in order to identify the most crucial moments in the experience. Based on the findings, we build a vision and roadmap for making the experience better and memorable.
Duration: 6 – 8 weeks
I will go through in detail the user interface of your existing service or product, in order to identify issues that violate broadly applicable design, usability or accessibility principles. As an outcome, you’ll get a report of the findings with concrete, visualized improvement recommendations.
Duration: 3 – 5 days
I will test and validate your existing service or product with 5 end-users, in order to identify substantive and structural flaws, and to validate how well it meets the expectations of users. As an outcome, you’ll get recordings of the sessions and a report of the findings with concrete, visualized improvement recommendations.
